Braathens Renavia Secures Landmark SAF Agreement with EasyJet

Renavia, in partnership with Mana Group and World Fuel Services, has signed a groundbreaking Memorandum of Understanding to supply EasyJet with up to 150,000 tons of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) annually from 2030, including up to 75,000 tons of e-SAF. Produced through advanced technologies like biomass and solid waste gasification, enhanced with renewable hydrogen, this SAF will deliver over 90% carbon reduction. This is one the first offtake cooperation that Renavia signs in the industry that will form the basis for the plans to make large scale investments in producing SAF in the Nordics.
