Revio AS, the company behind the Qondor cloud platform, is pleased to announce that it has closed a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of NOK 8 million with Braganza, the private investment company owned by Per G. Braathen. Through the private placement, Braganza has acquired ownership of about a third of the company shares.

Proceeds will be used to fund the company´s international growth plans by strengthening the team and continuing development of the product.

Qondor is a cloud platform offering complete solutions to manage Meetings & Events and group travel. The company has doubled its license revenues in the past year and expects strong growth going forward. The platform has been developed specifically for the Meetings & Events and group travel business, bringing efficient solutions within project and attendee management, proposals and reporting. Qondor has a strong position in the Nordic region as the chosen platform for several international travel and event companies. The company is ready to expand internationally and is happy to have partnered with a professional investor with deep knowledge of the M&E and travel markets.
